BioI will be using this as my weight loss journal. I have to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. I will begin tomorrow, but will not officially start until January 1st. I don't know if I can do it, though. It will be hard because I suffer from binges, and I have bad joints and ligaments, so I can't do much exercising.
